Future Leader Award
This award is for an individual who appears destined to lead in the field of enterprise technology. They will have shown exceptional talent and leadership skills, as they are able to both listen well and act decisively. ERP Today is looking for someone who’s able to optimise on change, adapt quickly to new challenges or expectations, and always has their eyes set on the next horizon.
What is ERP Today looking for?
ERP Today is looking for an individual who dominates the industry, who puts their minds to anything and consistently proves that with their communication, integrity, innovative-thinking and management skills, they’re certain to be a leader.

- Must work within the enterprise technology community. The awards programme is not open to young professionals working at a customer or end user.
- Must be under 30 years of age on 31st August 2022.

Bright Spark Award (less than 12 months experience)
This award will be presented to an individual who has excelled in the field of enterprise technology, despite having less than twelve months’ experience. They will have shown a natural flair for working in the industry, demonstrated a commitment to their company/organisation’s core values, and quickly proven that they are set to be an invaluable member of the enterprise tech community.
What is ERP Today looking for?
ERP Today is looking for an individual who has been recognised by their company/organisation for their flair, enthusiasm and dedication. The Bright Spark will show a keen interest in learning and will have proven themselves to be a huge asset to their company/organisation despite only having less than 12 months of experience.
Entry Criteria
- Less than 12 months experience as of 1st May 2022

- Must be under 30 years of age on 31st August 2022.

Sales & Marketing Hero Award
This award will be presented to an individual who has exceeded all expectations in the world of marketing. Their dedication to marketing and sales developments will be second to none, and the results from their projects will show in audience and customer interactions throughout the company. The successful candidate will be savvy with their sales/marketing techniques, have a can-do attitude, and a resilience to always strive for success.
What is ERP Today looking for?
ERP Today is looking for an individual who has been recognised by their company/organisation for their phenomenal work in sales and marketing. Able to understand the needs of clients, receive criticism well and refine their approaches, this individual will have exceeded all expectations and delivered excellent results for their company/organisation.

This award will be presented to an individual who has shown exceptional talent and skill as a technical developer. This individual will have demonstrated a passion and commitment to their field, whether that is through teaching and mentoring others, or by practical projects or developments that have explored technical development in enterprise. The nominee will be awarded in recognition of their excellent contributions and advancement in the field.
What is ERP Today looking for?
ERP Today is looking for a technical genius; an individual whose talent knows no bounds and who constantly strives for progression and growth. They will be recognised by their company for having exceeded all technical expectations and surpassed any targets or goals laid in front of them. The individual will be a keen learner, passionate about technology and quick to help others with any technical queries or support that is needed.

Young Consultant of the Year
This award will recognise an outstanding young professional in consulting who demonstrates exceptional potential and a deep commitment to developing a long-term career in the industry. The ERP Today Young Consultant of the Year will be the brightest young star in an organisation who is making excellent contributions and advancements in the field.

ERP Today is looking for examples of your nominee’s commitment to learning, development, customer advocacy and teamwork, underpinned by the potential to become a future leader. You should include examples of the work they have done with customers, any activities that they undertake to develop their careers and explain why they have the potential to be a superstar.

This award will recognise an individual who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that projects are delivered effectively and efficiently. Successful candidates will understand the strengths of their team, communicate well, be dependable, and prioritise the performance of their team over personal advancement. They will also be prepared to take risks and contribute to projects previously unexplored, bringing fresh energy and commitment to the team.

ERP Today is looking to recognise the members of an organisation who are fundamental to the success of projects, whilst not occupying the position of leader or frontperson. This is an opportunity to nominate the unsung heroes; the colleagues who communicate well and reliably with their team, keep momentum and motivation, pick up work wherever necessary and ensure deadlines are met.

This award is dedicated to recognising an individual who has invested significant time and effort in advocating for their community, particularly if their community is underrepresented in enterprise technology. ERP Today is looking to celebrate those who are working to make our workplaces more accessible and equitable environments in which every community can thrive.

ERP Today is looking for an individual who is working to improve the experience of their community in enterprise technology. They will go above and beyond to make the industry more accessible, equitable and nurturing, whether that be through changing the approach of their company/organisation, establishing their own initiatives, or being a voice for issues which they have personally experienced in the industry.

This award recognises an individual who has shown strength, resilience and a passion for change, advocating for the sector to make progressive changes. Here, ERP Today commends those most committed to allyship, access, outreach, and to making the workplace a forward-thinking, diverse and inclusive setting in which workers can be nurtured and supported.
What is ERP Today looking for?
ERP Today is looking for an individual who has set up initiatives which are purpose-led and socially conscious. This could be someone who has set up an initiative which improves the experience of underrepresented groups in the sector or worked to engage more people across the country in accessing the possibilities of enterprise technology. ERP Today wants to hear all about their efforts and the impact they have had in the workplace and wider community.

Mentor of the Year
This award looks to recognise senior professionals in the industry who have continuously invested their time, resources and effort into ensuring fresh talent is able to thrive in the sector. ERP Today understands that with every successful young professional comes a dedicated and dependable mentor who is committed to their development. Young professionals need champions who are always looking to advance their skills, networks and opportunities, and so ERP Today is looking to give thanks to the fiercest mentors in the sector.
What is ERP Today looking for?
ERP Today is looking for evidence of a mentor’s commitment to nurturing talent and real-world examples of the support they provide to grads and young professionals. The Mentor of the Year will be able to demonstrate a personal investment in supporting and developing talent and will share our belief that mentoring and leading by example is pivotal to the success of graduate recruitment. Please give examples of how your nominee is involved with supporting young professionals and how they play a vital role in their development and career aspirations.

This award will be presented to the organisation that can demonstrate the deepest commitment to developing young professionals and ensuring they are nurtured throughout the early stages of their careers. It doesn’t matter whether you are a vendor, global consultancy or niche player – we want to know how you support under 30s and what makes you such a great employer for young professionals.
What is ERP Today looking for?
ERP Today is looking for real-world examples of your commitment to young talent. It is not enough to say you have a grad programme – our judges will be looking for examples of the opportunities you provide to young professionals with a sharp focus on health and wellbeing, education and training and innovative recruitment and on-boarding strategies. Our winner will be the employer that can demonstrate a long-term commitment to attracting, developing, nurturing and supporting future leaders.
