This award is for an individual who appears destined to lead in the field of enterprise technology. They will have shown exceptional talent and leadership skills, as they are able to both listen well and act decisively. ERP Today is looking for someone who’s able to optimise on change, adapt quickly to new challenges or expectations, and always has their eyes set on the next horizon.

What is ERP Today looking for?

ERP Today is looking for an individual who dominates the industry, who puts their minds to anything and consistently proves that with their communication, integrity, innovative-thinking and management skills, they’re certain to be a leader.

This award will be presented to an individual who has excelled in the field of enterprise technology, despite having less than twelve months’ experience. They will have shown a natural flair for working in the industry, demonstrated a commitment to their company/organisation’s core values, and quickly proven that they are set to be an invaluable member of the enterprise tech community.

What is ERP Today looking for?

ERP Today is looking for an individual who has been recognised by their company/organisation for their flair, enthusiasm and dedication. The Bright Spark will show a keen interest in learning and will have proven themselves to be a huge asset to their company/organisation despite only having less than 12 months of experience.

ERP Today is looking for an individual who has been recognised by their company/organisation for their phenomenal work in sales and marketing. Able to understand the needs of clients, receive criticism well and refine their approaches, this individual will have exceeded all expectations and delivered excellent results for their company/organisation.

Young professionals need champions who are always looking to advance their skills, networks and opportunities, and so ERP Today is looking to give thanks to the fiercest mentors in the sector.

What is ERP Today looking for?

ERP Today is looking for evidence of a mentor’s commitment to nurturing talent and real-world examples of the support they provide to grads and young professionals. The Mentor of the Year will be able to demonstrate a personal investment in supporting and developing talent and will share our belief that mentoring and leading by example is pivotal to the success of graduate recruitment. Please give examples of how your nominee is involved with supporting young professionals and how they play a vital role in their development and career aspirations.

It doesn’t matter whether you are a vendor, global consultancy or niche player – we want to know how you support under 30s and what makes you such a great employer for young professionals.

What is ERP Today looking for?

ERP Today is looking for real-world examples of your commitment to young talent. It is not enough to say you have a grad programme – our judges will be looking for examples of the opportunities you provide to young professionals with a sharp focus on health and wellbeing, education and training and innovative recruitment and on-boarding strategies. Our winner will be the employer that can demonstrate a long-term commitment to attracting, developing, nurturing and supporting future leaders.
